Spearheaded by Carolynn Santos, CADAZO Consulting Group was formed after she introduced Dawn Bennett & Zoe Moore. Following several planning meetings, focus groups and emails, the synergy was apparent and the trio knew they were onto a resource to support leaders in the meetings & events industry. With a combined experience of over 30 plus years in people management, counseling, event logistics and leadership they're using their experience to take professionals on a journey from information to application.
Beginning with four workshops: Partnering with Authenticity, Beyond the Badge, Food For Thought and the Big Picture. Carolynn, Dawn and Zoe launched a YouTube channel introducing conversations about each topic to stimulate interest in dialogue and training that asks participants to sit with their discomfort as they Learn, Discuss, Discover and Gain applicable resources to implement their Equity, Diversity & Inclusion strategies with a proven ROI.
Known as the CADAZO Method the team believes that while foundational learning which heavily focuses on unconscious, implicit and explicit bias training is important but that it alone will not lead to measurable and sustainable changes across the partner ecosystem and vendor/supply chain.
